Room Numbers
Although the program for the premiere of The Chelsea Girls on September 15, 1966 listed the following room numbers at the Chelsea Hotel for sequences from he film, the rooms listed were fakes. "The John" sequence, for instance, was actually shot at George Plimpton's tudor city apartment in manhattan and not at the Chelsea. (B061205)

This sequence stars Nico and Randy Bourscheidt who are living inside a closet. It was dropped from the original Chelsea Girls and has since been re-released as a separate 66 minute film called The Closet credited as having been made in 1965.
